Summer can be a long dry stretch when it comes to fundraising and we usually plan to coast through to the fall with frugal spending. But instead of paring down the number of dogs in our foster program, we've actually taken on quite a few more. Chandler was found in downtown New Orleans near Mardi Gras World.
